Shipping policy
Chiccure offers free standard shipping with tracking included. We ship to addresses within Canada only.
The total delivery time is 6–9 business days.
1. Shipping Locations
- Shipping is limited to addresses within Canada.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping is offered on all orders to Canada.
- No additional handling or carrier fees apply.
3. Delivery Times
3.1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
3.2. Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.
- Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday.
3.3. Transit Time
- Transit typically takes 5–7 business days after the order has been processed.
3.4. Total Delivery Time
From the time you place your order to the time it arrives, the total delivery time is 6–9 business days.
Please note: Delays may occur due to public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
3.5. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers commonly used in Canada, such as: Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, depending on availability.
4. Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, shipping carrier, and tracking link.
- You can also use our Track Your Order page to check the status of your shipment in real time.
- Please allow up to 3 business days after shipping for tracking information to become fully active.
5. Packaging
- All orders are carefully packaged before transit to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
6. Address Changes
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@chiccure.com as soon as possible.
- We are only able to change the shipping address before your order is processed.
7. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered our automated fulfillment process.
- Once your order has been confirmed for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
- You may return your order within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Missed Delivery or Uncollected Parcel
- If the courier attempts delivery but is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be held at a local depot or returned to us.
- Parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts do not qualify for a refund unless returned in new and unused condition.
- If a reshipment is required due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we can resend it once it is returned to us.
9. Order Issues
9.1. Damaged or Faulty Product
We’re sorry to hear this! Sometimes a product can be damaged during transit.
Please contact us within 10 business days of delivery with:
- Your order number, and
- Photo or video of the damaged product.
If eligible, we will offer a replacement. If the replacement also arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund.
9.2. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 10 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Photos of the received product, packaging, and
- Your order confirmation.
We will ship the correct item free of charge and cover the return shipping of the incorrect item.
9.3. Lost Package
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us.
We will help you receive either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
10. Check Your Shipping Details Carefully
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
Incorrect information may cause delivery delays or lost packages. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect details may not be eligible for a full refund.
