Refund and return policy
Please note: Chiccure covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns. A free prepaid return label is included in your package or can be requested from our support team.
1. Return Conditions
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be new or slightly used, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and accessories.
- Chiccure covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns, whether the item is defective or non-defective.
- A free return label is included inside the package (or can be sent via email upon request).
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or modifications
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Items showing excessive wear beyond “slightly used” condition
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.
3. How to Return an Item
- Contact customer support at support@chiccure.com to request a return.
- Our team will provide full return instructions and confirm your return eligibility.
- Pack the item securely with all original labels and accessories.
- Attach the free prepaid return label provided in your package or via email.
- Ship the item back through the designated carrier.
4. Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are covered by Chiccure.
Customers will not be charged for return shipping, including for non-defective items, as per our GMC policy.
5. Return Shipping Method
Items must be shipped using the prepaid return label provided by Chiccure.
Please email the tracking number to support@chiccure.com after shipping, so we can monitor the return progress.
6. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
7. Order Issues
7.1 Damaged or Faulty Product
- Contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
- We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
- Chiccure covers all shipping and return costs.
7.2 Incorrect Product Delivered
- Contact us within 5 business days.
- Please include photos of the product received and packaging.
- We will ship the correct product at no cost and cover return shipping fees.
7.3 Order Not Received
- If your order has not been delivered after the expected delivery window, please contact us.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund after investigation.
8. Refunds
8.1 Approval and Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return:
- We will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.
- Items must meet the return conditions outlined above.
- Refunds for damaged or incomplete returns may be denied or partially approved.
8.2 Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout (unless otherwise arranged).
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to release the funds.
8.3 What Is Refunded
- The full purchase price of the returned item(s).
- Original shipping fees are refunded only if the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
There are no additional fees for receiving a refund.
9. Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item first. Once received, we will ship the replacement at no cost.
10. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet entered automated fulfillment.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
11. Important Notes
- Do not send returns without contacting us first.

- We cannot accept returns showing misuse, improper care, or customer-caused damage.
- Returns submitted after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.
